Deliveries are made in continental Chilean territory in cities covered by Starken or an agency of your choice.

To help each other during this quarantine, we have enabled special shipping rates. (Via Starken or Chile Post Office)

- Metropolitan Region: Shipping at $3,990.

- Regions: Valparaíso, O'Higgins, Coquimbo, Maule, Ñuble. Shipping at $3,990.

- Regions: Arica, Tarapacá, Antofagasta, Atacama, Bío Bío, Araucanía, Los Ríos, Los lagos, Aysén, Magallanes. Shipping at $4,990.

Purchases from $50,000 have free shipping.

SHIPPING TIMES

All the products that you can find in our online store are very special, since we design and produce them to order in our workshop in Santiago. This means that when you place your order, we proceed to make each product one by one, with the highest dedication and detail that we can offer you.

Taking into account the above, the manufacturing and shipping times are as follows:

- Products without customization: Manufacturing: 2 to 3 business days (Counting from the day after the order is placed) - Dispatch: the next business day after the product is manufactured.

- Products with customization: Manufacturing: 3 to 4 business days (Counting from the day after the order is placed) - Dispatch: the next business day after the product is manufactured.

We will send you proof of shipping as soon as it is completed, so you can track your purchase.

Logistics operators are taking approximately 3 to 6 business days to deliver packages; This period is confirmed as soon as the shipment has been made, and can be seen in the receipt that we will attach to you.

DELAYS IN SHIPPING

Due to the contingency, there may be some delays on the part of logistics operators, so we ask for patience if your shipment is slightly delayed in delivery.
